Providing customer service that goes above and beyond, South Bend Medical Foundation's Client Services Department works hard to establish relationships with our clients. The staff of experienced laboratorians who are trained to respond to client inquiries are not only available to transfer calls to various areas in the organization, but to problem solve questions and concerns.
The Client Services Department receives between 1,000 and 1,200 calls each day of the week and places approximately 1,000 outgoing calls. With over 375 years of service combined, our Client Service Representatives (CSR) include Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Supervisors and individuals with various knowledge and experience within South Bend Medical Foundation prior to being in Client Services.
Twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, our friendly, professional staff is available by one toll free number, 1.800.544.0925. This department answers 95% of all calls received at South Bend Medical Foundation, allowing our technical areas to focus on testing.
